Our two-year academy programme gives individual employees from across the adesso Group the chance to really enhance their specialist expertise and develop their leadership and decision-making skills in a targeted way.
In-house adesso events, such as our Agile Days, TechRefresh4Consultants or Testing Days, encourage the exchange of technological and specialist expertise within the company. They give all employees the chance to find out about the latest technology, to learn from experts in their specialist fields or to give their own presentations on topics of interest.
We help our employees to gain professional certification. Certifications for Microsoft and Oracle’s technology standards are a particular focus, as is project management certification through our internal software architect and project manager training programmes.
