Founded in 1948, Akbank is one of the largest banks in Turkey. With 800 branches and 14 thousand employees, Akbank's core business is to provide banking services such as corporate and investment banking, commercial banking, SME banking, consumer banking, payment systems, treasury transactions and private banking, and international banking.
Result
Under favor of adesso’s managed capacity model, Akbank is now able to demand any size of turn-key requests at any time. Within the scope of the project, adesso team evaluated the requests and submitted cost estimation to Akbank. Approving the solution, Akbank accepted the finished requests on monthly basis reconciliations. The model enabled Akbank to flexibly meet rapidly changing digital banking needs.
